Delete Your TetriBorn Account & Data
This page explains how to delete your TetriBorn account and the data associated with it. TetriBorn is developed by ChaseSystems.
You can request deletion in two ways:
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
Open TetriBorn and sign in.
Go to Manage
Select Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and associated data are removed once the request is confirmed.
Option 2 — Request deletion from this page
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, you can request deletion here instead. Send an email to support@chasesystems.tech from the email address associated with your TetriBorn account, with the subject line "Delete my account."

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. We will confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted, typically within 30 days of a verified request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data tied to it, including:
your account profile and login credentials;
your game progress, stats, and match history; and
any contact information you provided.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information where the law allows or requires it — for example, records needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is otherwise deleted or anonymized.
Important notes
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your progress and any features tied to your account.
